We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Head of Service to lead the clinical and case management functions at our STRTP facility for adolescent girls. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care and compliance with state regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field (required)
- Active registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) – must provide a current BBS registration number
- At least 1 year of case management experience working with children in a residential treatment setting, child welfare, or youth-focused mental health environmentNote: Experience working solely with adults does not meet this requirement
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a background check and physical examination
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all clinical and case management services
- Ensure treatment planning is trauma-informed, individualized, and aligned with licensing requirements
- Collaborate closely with therapists, direct care staff, families, and community partners
- Monitor and support staff in implementing effective behavioral interventions and crisis response
- Participate in audits, staff training, and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Uphold all STRTP compliance and documentation standards
