Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead and oversee cleaning operations across multiple facilities. This role is vital in ensuring that all spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. As a supervisor, you will coordinate cleaning teams, manage daily tasks, and uphold quality standards to create a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly.
- Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of cleanliness across all areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.
- Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper maintenance.
- Address any operational issues promptly, resolving staff or facility concerns with proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with management to implement cleaning protocols aligned with health regulations and hospitality standards.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in janitorial services or custodial management within commercial or hospitality environments.
- Extensive janitorial experience including cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and safety practices.
- Familiarity with laundry operations and housekeeping management is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
