Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Front Counter Locksmith Technician to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with locks, safes, and keys. Your expertise will drive exceptional customer service by creating and duplicating keys, programming car fobs and keys, repairing and opening locks, and selling safes, knives, and accessories.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment with retail and commercial customers. This position also supports management with tasks such as maintaining showroom appearance, and assist in inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly at the front counter and assess their needs with clear communication
- Maintain the appearance and organization of our showroom
- Creating and duplicating keys, programming car fobs, and re-keying lock cylinders
- Sell and service a variety of safes, knives, and accessories
- Accurately handle cash transactions and assist in inventory management
