Embr Springfield is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Budtender to join our retail team. In this role, you will help customers select products, provide knowledgeable and compliant service, process transactions, and support daily store operations.
Previous cannabis experience is not required. We provide paid training to help you learn our products, systems, and procedures.

This is a full-time position requiring five shifts per week.
Because our store operates throughout the week, applicants must be available to work a variety of scheduled shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Scheduling needs may vary based on business operations.
- Welcome customers and provide a professional, positive shopping experience

Assist customers with product selection and general product education

Explain product information accurately and within the requirements of Massachusetts cannabis regulations

Process customer purchases and payments accurately using the point-of-sale system

Follow all required age-verification, identification, and sales procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor

Restock products and assist with inventory-related tasks

Support merchandising and daily store operations

Follow company policies and applicable state and local regulations

Work collaboratively with team members and management
- Must be at least 21 years of age

Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or cannabis experience is preferred but not required
