Job Summary:
Elite Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Manufacturer/Assembler to join a leading manufacturer Concord, NC. The Assembly/Manufacturing position is responsible for completing individual tasks to ensure the end product is of the highest quality and meets our manufacturing standards. Must be knowledgeable and work well with various tools.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 6AM to 2:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have Manufacturing Experience!
- Use hand and power tools in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Assemble products according to blueprint specifications
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product consistency and accuracy
- Keep accurate production records and complete necessary reports
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
- Collaborate with team members when necessary to achieve production goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in machine assembly, manufacturing, or maintenance preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, measurements, and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
