Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in multiple languages, including bilingual support when needed
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, account management, and troubleshooting issues
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback for service improvement
- Maintain accurate data entry and update client records using Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary and process payments securely
- Provide comprehensive client support by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and escalating complex issues appropriately
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions with diverse customers
Skills
- Multilingual proficiency with strong command of English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Proven experience in customer support or client services, preferably within a call center environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills for efficient task management
- Outbound calling experience coupled with analysis skills to interpret customer data and improve service strategies
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation in both verbal and written formats
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and demonstrate strong phone etiquette during interactions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
