Kingsway Services is looking for an experienced asphalt professional to operate a variety of heavy asphalt paving equipment and contribute to high-quality construction projects. The position requires working in diverse construction environments and collaborating with a team, clients, contractors, and the public. This is not a desk job; you will be working outdoors, possibly long hours, facing new challenges daily, and doing whatever it takes to deliver a quality product to our customers.

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of experience operating asphalt paving equipment (paver, skid steer, roller).

A team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude.

Someone who's not afraid of hard work, long days, and loud noises.

Strong desire to learn and grow in the asphalt paving industry.
