BSP Trans, Inc. has been providing the Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont areas with outstanding LTL transportation services since 1970. At BSP, our team consists of a six-terminal network across our coverage area to ensure swift deliveries for customers.
What you will do on a typical shift:
- Safely operate a Class A tractor trailer while following DOT, OSHA, FMCSA, and company safety regulations
- Complete local freight pickups and deliveries throughout New Hampshire / New England
- Deliver freight to both commercial and residential customers
- Load, unload, and secure freight as needed
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, traffic delays, and customer updates
- Provide outstanding customer service at every delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and electronic logs when required
- Safely handle freight weighing more than 75 pounds when necessary
What you need at a minimum to succeed at BSP:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Hazmat Endorsement (or willingness to obtain—we'll help you earn it)
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Minimum of one year of verifiable Class A tractor trailer driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening and physical
- Clean driving record with a strong safety history
- Ability to successfully complete a county-level background check during onboarding
- Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and move freight weighing over 75 pounds
