We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Lake Manassas Health & Rehabilitation Center, a brand new facility committed to providing world-class rehabilitation care in Gainesville, Virginia. As a Registered Nurse at our center, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain their strength and independence after an illness or surgery.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
Providing high-quality nursing care to patients with a range of medical conditions
Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Administering medications, treating wounds, and managing patient symptoms
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed
Collaborating with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to ensure comprehensive care
Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
