Overview
My Okie Heart Pizza is seeking an experienced and dependable Mobile Pizza Trailer Crew Member & Driver to join our growing team in Oklahoma City. This position may be full-time or part-time and combines hands-on food service with responsibility for safely transporting, maneuvering, and positioning our mobile pizza trailer at events and service locations throughout the OKC metro area.
The ideal candidate has previous restaurant or food-service experience, a good driving record, and demonstrated experience towing and backing large trailers. Responsibilities include pizza preparation, customer service, POS operation, trailer setup and cleanup, and safely towing and positioning the trailer at various locations.
Our schedule includes both lunch and dinner service Monday through Saturday and varies based on scheduled events.
My Okie Heart Pizza is also preparing to open our first brick-and-mortar restaurant later this year, making this an excellent opportunity for the right person to join us now and grow into additional responsibilities as our business expands.
Responsibilities include:
– Preparing pizzas and assisting with food prep
– Providing friendly customer service
– Taking orders and operating our POS system
– Setting up, cleaning, and maintaining the trailer during service
– Driving to events throughout the OKC metro area
– Towing, maneuvering, parking, and backing a large food trailer into event locations
Requirements:
– Previous restaurant, food service, or similar experience required
– Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
– Previous experience towing large trailers required
– Must be comfortable and proficient backing and positioning a large trailer
– Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced food-service environment
– Availability for a combination of lunch and dinner shifts, Monday–Saturday
– Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal food-trailer duties
Pay: $8.50 - $11.00 per hour
