Bridges Professional Treatment Services is seeking a passionate and motivated House Monitor to join our growing team.
Pay: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monitor 1 – Part-time (24 H) / Mid Shift / Friday to Sunday / 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm
Monitor 2 – Part-time/On-Call / Mid Shift / Wednesday to Thursday / 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm
Monitor 3 – Full-time (32 H) / PM Shift / Monday to Thursday / 11:30 pm to 8:00 am
Monitor 4 – Part-time (24 H) / Mid Shift / Friday to Sunday / 11:30 pm to 8:00 am

Bridges Professional Treatment Services is a well-established, highly regarded treatment provider in the Sacramento area. Bridges offers a variety of treatment options that accommodate all levels of need and a full continuum of care. Our specialized programs include Substance Abuse Counseling, Case Management and Collaboration with Dependency Drug Courts and CPS, Outpatient Treatment, Sober Living, DUI Education and Drug Diversion Programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties of the House Monitor, under the direct supervision of the Program Director/Site Manager, include but are not limited to:
- Prepares weekly chore list.
- Collects weekly meeting list.
- Available on-call 24 hours a day / 7 days a week in case of emergency.
- Is on site for monitoring duties per scheduled days and hours.
- Assists staff with preparing new intakes.
- Assists staff with the cleaning of rooms for discharged clients.
- Maintains the sign-in and sign-out sheet including client’s destination and contact phone number if resident is signed out for overnight absence.
- Notifies staff if resident is absent without signing out.
- Notifies staff of all maintenance needs weekly.
- Notifies staff in writing of any supplies needed monthly.
- Documents any shift events in participant chart.
- Follows house rules and conducts themselves in a positive manner.
- Immediately reports a client’s violations of house rules to staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Must have a CA Driver's License and proof of personal insurance.
