Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team for either the first or second shift. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. There are two positions available:
1st shift (7am - 3pm) Mondays and Fridays, as well as fill ins.
2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) alternating Wednesday - Saturday one week / Thursday - Saturday the next week.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a positive attitude
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all guest interactions reflect excellent customer service
- Support guest relations initiatives to foster loyalty and repeat business within a vibrant resort or hotel setting
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining a positive attitude
- Comfortable learning a new hotel computer program (if no prior knowledge)
