Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care by developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct behavioral therapy sessions and manage behavior for children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support their educational needs.
- Collect research data to contribute to ongoing studies in behavioral health.
