We are a licensed and insured construction company based in North San Antonio. We have steady year-round work and are looking to hire one reliable team member for a long-term position.
We are NOT looking for temporary subcontractors or full crews.
We need one dependable person who wants consistent work and steady income.
Responsibilities
- Build and repair decks (wood & composite)
- Build and repair wooden fences
- Painting (sprayer, roller, brush)
- Drywall work
- Experience with tile or LVP is a plus
- Use of basic hand and power tools
- Keeping the job site clean and on schedule
Pay & Details
- First few training days: $20/hr
- Next 3–6 months: $25/hr + performance bonuses (length of this period depends on quality and speed of work)
- After that: gradual growth to $27–$35/hr + performance bonuses
These rates apply if you have construction experience, know how to use tools well, and learn quickly.

- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Major tools provided (miter saw, sprayer, etc.)
- Jobs primarily in North San Antonio
Formalities

Requirements
- Must have your own basic tools (drill, circular saw, jigsaw, level, tape measure, hammer, etc.)
- Reliable truck/SUV/van without branding
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
- High standard of honesty, punctuality, and reliability – no excuses, just solid work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Legal work authorization in the U.S.
- Must be drug-free and able to pass a background check
