FULL-TIME KITCHEN MANAGER

Free Range Cafe is looking for a full-time Kitchen Manager to help lead and grow one of the region’s most unique hospitality brands.
We’re more than a cafe — we’re a fast-growing concept focused on specialty coffee, fresh food, smoothie bowls, and handcrafted ice cream through Purple Cow Creamery.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and genuinely enjoys hospitality, team culture, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing kitchen
- Ordering and receiving inventory
- Maintaining high standards and consistency
- Cost control and food safety
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of restaurant kitchen experience
- At least 1 year in people management
- Organized, dependable, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem solve and lead under pressure
Salary:
- $38,000 - $45,000 based on experience
