Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA(Hybrid)
Job Description-
- Lead IT program execution for M&A integrations across assigned domains such as GTM, Customer Support, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Finance, HR, or Legal.
- Own end-to-end integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk management from pre-close through post-close.
- Drive integration readiness to ensure Day 1 access, data availability, reporting continuity, and critical business workflows.
- Translate integration strategy and business requirements into executable IT scope, sequencing, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across IT, business teams, and vendors to meet aggressive timelines.
- Ensure business continuity during system migrations, data integrations, and platform consolidations.
- Provide clear, execution-focused status reporting, risk visibility, and timely escalations.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for issue resolution and delivery outcomes within assigned domains.
- Operate independently in fast-paced environments with strong M&A integration, governance, and stakeholder management expertise.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
