What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience behind the chair
- A valid NJ Cosmetology License
- Confidence in both cutting and coloring
- Openness to feedback, education, and continuous growth
- A shared commitment to professionalism, inclusivity, and respect
What You’ll Do
- Deliver thoughtful cuts and color services with consistency and care
- Create personalized experiences by listening closely to your clients
- Use Boulevard (or similar software) to manage appointments and client notes
- Educate clients on styling and product care in a natural, honest way
- Maintain a clean, organized station and high service standards
- Support retail in a way that feels authentic and client-focused
