What you’ll do:
Serve as a trusted HR advisor to operations leaders and associates
Partner on employee relations, performance management, retention, engagement and recognition
Conduct investigations and confidential employee counseling
Analyze HR metrics and trends to plan for staffing needs.
Maintain employee records and HR systems
Build community partnerships and strengthen talent pipelines.
