We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, refrigeration units, and electrical components to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Perform repairs on appliances and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform Fit & Finish repairs throughout the campus.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Assist with installation projects, upgrades, or construction activities related to facility improvements.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to ensure safety and operational continuity.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician in a commercial or industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair, equipment repair, and general maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, general repairs, painting, plumbing, and electrical wiring.
- Experience working with construction tools and understanding building infrastructure is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Pay: $22.50 - $30.00 per hour
