Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Cook to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas in a timely manner. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure that all ingredients are properly portioned and prepared
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Coordinate with the front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Pizza Cook or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including dough stretching, sauce application, and cheese topping
- Familiarity with various pizza styles and cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong knife skills for cutting ingredients and slicing pizzas
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
