Duties

- Support kitchen operations through food prep, cooking, and plating for various dining occasions including catering events
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health regulations
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests or customers in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow and timely meal delivery
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Skilled in menu planning, meal preparation, and culinary techniques including knife skills
- Experience working in fine dining or the food industry is a plus
