Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Safety, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and verifiable work experience in a DOE or nuclear environment.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive work management or maintenance planning experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
-
Demonstrated expertise in DOE Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS), work authorization processes, and nuclear safety requirements.
-
Strong knowledge of lockout/tagout (LOTO), radiological work permits, job hazard analysis, and fire protection impairment processes.
-
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as Maximo, SAP PM, or equivalent.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.

Experience at the Savannah River Site or another major DOE facility (Hanford, WIPP, INL, Y-12, Oak Ridge, etc.).

Experience with Integrated Work Management (IWM) systems or equivalent digital work control platforms.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Savannah River Site access badge and pass all required DOE background checks and personnel security requirements.

Valid U.S. driver license.

Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent.

OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification.

Directly supervises 5 to 12 Work Control Supervisors and Specialists. Responsible for full people management including hiring, performance evaluations, corrective actions, and workforce development planning.
