We are a Fast-Casual Sweet & Savory Brunch Concept focused on crepes, waffles, and pancakes. Everything is designed to be easy to enjoy whether you are stopping by in-store or making it at home.
The brand started with our signature mixes. They were built to deliver the same taste and quality every time, no matter who is using them. That same foundation is now what powers our restaurant.
On August 11th, 2026, we open our first Crepe Nation Express location in Old Town, Chicago. This is our first step into physical retail, built to match the speed, consistency, and experience the brand stands for.
Everything we serve in-store is made using the same mixes we sell. What customers enjoy at home is exactly what they get from us.

Job description: As a Mayor, you lead the shift—ensuring smooth operations, strong team performance, and a great experience for every Citizen.
Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and assign tasks
- Ensure speed, quality, and cleanliness
- Handle customer issues professionally
- Support training and development of crew
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Requirements:
- 1+ year food service experience preferred
- Leadership ability and reliability
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
