Job title: Bartender
Location: Koji Burger 127 E 3rd st. Dayton, OH
We are a fast paced, locally owned restaurant looking for an experienced bartender with serving experience; energetic, positive and passionate about mixology and customer service.
Responsibilities
-Be able to make craft cocktails and have a creative mind to come up with new recipes.
-Greet guests as the come in the door or take a seat at the bar. Take orders and offer menu recommendations for drinks and food.
-Maintain the bars cleanliness and organization. Make sure glassware is clean and polished.
-Assist with opening and closing duties, inventory levels and restocking supplies.
-Be able to follow recipes for prepping ingredients for cocktails and mocktails.
Experience: At least 2 years of customer service, and 1 year of bartending preferred.
Qualifications: Must be 21 or older, ability to stand for extended periods of time, and lift heavy items.
Availability: Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
