What You’ll Do
- Provide attentive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate childcare.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.
- Support children’s daily routines, learning, and independence.
- Communicate professionally with families.
- Adapt care to meet each child’s unique needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous professional nanny experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience working with neurodivergent children
- Strong childcare experience in another professional setting
Applicants with backgrounds in the following are encouraged to apply:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Special Education
- Psychology
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Occupational Therapy (OT)
- Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Child Development
- Early Childhood Education
- Nursing or other pediatric experience
Please NoteThese are nanny positions, not therapy positions. While many of our families have neurodivergent children, nannies are hired to provide exceptional childcare and family support rather than clinical or therapeutic services.

Pay: $26.39 - $47.00 per hour
