We are currently seeking Body Shop Technicians to join our team. This role is responsible for performing structural and non-structural repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers, including collision repair, panel replacement, fabrication, and refinishing prep.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform collision and body repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Replace and repair panels, doors, roofs, floors, and structural components
- Straighten frames and components using frame equipment
- Fabricate and weld steel and aluminum components as needed
- Remove and reinstall mechanical and electrical components related to repairs
- Prepare surfaces for paint (sanding, grinding, masking, priming)
- Ensure repairs meet safety and manufacturer standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Heavy-duty truck or trailer body repair experience preferred
- Frame straightening experience is a plus
- Ability to read repair estimates and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
