A personal assistant needed for a medical office located in Hempstead. Candidates should also have exceptional communication skills, a commitment to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small approach to the work. An ideal team member will be able to work independently but also be flexible enough to be directed at times. Responsibilities will include general correspondence including typing memos, sending emails, screening calls, schedule appointments, confirm meetings. Must be punctual and have excellent time-management skills. Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excell. Spanish is a plus.
