Royal Pavement Solutions is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing exceptional workmanship and wants to build a long-term career with Long Island's leading paving contractor. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you'll safely operate a variety of paving and construction equipment on commercial projects throughout Long Island and the surrounding area.
Equipment may include skid steers, asphalt pavers, milling machines, loaders, rollers, excavators, and other construction equipment as needed. The ideal candidate is versatile, safety-conscious, and willing to operate multiple types of equipment while working closely with the crew to deliver exceptional results.

Safely operate a variety of heavy construction equipment.

Perform grading, milling, paving, loading, and material handling as assigned.

Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.

Work closely with foremen and crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Maintain equipment in a clean and professional condition.

Follow all company safety procedures.

Commercial paving or sitework experience.

Valid Driver's License.
