Service Advisor – Automotive Repair Shop
We're Hiring: Experienced Automotive Service Advisor
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing automotive repair shop. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers and work alongside a team of experienced technicians in a fast-paced, professional environment.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs and maintenance in a clear, honest manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow with the shop foreman and technicians.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Review completed repairs, process invoices, and collect payments.
- Build long-term customer relationships through trust and excellent communication.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or similar field (Required).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy shop.
- Basic automotive knowledge and the ability to explain repairs to customers.
- Experience with shop management software is a plus.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
