Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents? We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated CFASS/Respite Providers to support children and teens facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
Position Details:
- Flexible after-school, evening, and weekend hours
- Work one-on-one with children and families in home and community settings
- Immediate opportunities available
Compensation:
- CFASS Service: $50/hour (Bachelor's Degree required)
- Respite : $25/hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide mentoring, skill-building, and behavioral support
- Help children develop social, communication, coping, and independent living skills
- Engage members in positive recreational and community activities
- Support families in achieving treatment and service goals
- Document sessions and maintain professional communication
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required for CFASS positions
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with mental health or behavioral challenges preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
