Job Summary:
Leaders Staffing is seeking an experienced Brake Press Supervisor to lead daily operations for a local manufacturing client. This role is responsible for supervising operators, ensuring production goals are met, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment. This is a hands-on leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule brake press operators to meet production demands
- Set up, program, and troubleshoot CNC brake press operations as needed
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications
- Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of brake press experience, including supervisory or lead experience
- Strong knowledge of CNC brake press setup and operation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
