We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food industry environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
*WE ARE OPEN 6-2 MONDAY-SATURDAY AND 7-1 SUNDAY. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A JOB THAT YOU CAN SPEND EVENINGS WITH YOUR FAMILY THIS IS THE PERFECT LOCATION. FULLTIME IS 30-35 FOR 5 DAY. HOURLY PLUS TIPS.

Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to culinary standards.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
- Strong sales skills with an ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
