Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Installer, Technician, or Helper to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across diverse property types. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. Paid training and ongoing development are provided to ensure your success and growth within the company. Capable to work on gas, oil and geothermal systems.
Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems, and related mechanical equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure precise installation and maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to optimize performance and extend lifespan.
- Conduct field service visits to client sites for system diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for mechanical repairs.
- Assist with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems and property maintenance projects as needed.
- Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed for accountability and future reference.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction-related fields such as HVAC installation or service technician roles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in schematics, HVAC design principles, and refrigeration systems.
- Experience with appliance repair, property maintenance, or boiler operation is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate tools including welding equipment and ohmmeters safely and effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus.
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) certifications preferred.
- Hands-on experience with field service operations involving air conditioning units, mechanical repairs, or appliance servicing.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics accurately while following safety protocols.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
