Your New Role: HVAC Technician
As a commission-driven HVAC Technician, you’ll handle both residential and commercial HVAC systems, from maintenance and repairs to new replacement and IAQ sales. This isn’t just technical work; it’s also a customer-focused, sales-driven role where you educate clients and recommend solutions. Every visit is an opportunity to earn more, build trust, and establish lasting customer relationships.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and install parts for HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients, offering ancillary products including duct renovations, indoor air quality, water heaters and attic insulation.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems and advise on upgrades
- Leverage your sales skills to promote system improvements and new installations
- Provide excellent customer service, building trust with each client interaction
- Complete work on electronic work orders filling in work notes, customer details and before and after photos

Job requirements
- 3-5 years of HVAC experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with insurable driver's record
- Ability to work with residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Strong customer service and sales orientation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
