Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLP roles; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program for SLPA roles
- Current and valid state licensure/certification as SLP-CCC or SLPA
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
