Responsibilities:
- Track and update bid schedule
- Perform quantity take-offs
- Assist in bid submittal and closeout
- Attend prebid meetings as needed
- Assist in the coordination of construction projects
- Support project managers
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Prepare and update project management software, including plans, revisions, Submittals, RFI’s, etc.
- Prepare and update project schedule on a monthly or as-needed basis
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and site visits as needed

Note: This is a junior-level position, suitable for candidates with some experience in construction project coordination. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our organization. Pay based on experience.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
