Fun Trucks LLC is a locally owned family business operating multiple successful food trucks throughout Central Ohio. We serve thousands of customers at festivals, concerts, breweries, pools, community events, corporate lunches, and private caterings. No two days look the same.
As one of our General Managers, you’ll have the opportunity to lead your own truck, build your team, and take ownership of your success. Some of our biggest festivals generate $6,000–$7,000+ in sales in a single day, making for exciting, high-energy shifts where your leadership truly matters.

Compensation (You Choose)
Option 1 $700 guaranteed weekly base pay+Tips+Performance incentive bonuses
Option 2 12% commission on truck sales+ Tips+Performance incentive bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Safely drive and operate one of our food trucks to scheduled events.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 3–6 employees.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience every shift.
- Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and Square POS.
- Keep the truck clean, organized, and food-safe.
- Complete daily truck readiness checks, including propane, fuel, and equipment.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Attend monthly manager meetings.
- Help create a fun, positive work environment where your team enjoys coming to work.
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership experience in food service, restaurants, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a larger vehicle.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather.
- Someone who leads by example and enjoys helping others succeed.
Schedule
- Wednesday–Sunday operating schedule
- Full-time
- Weekend availability required
