Upscale Building Services is seeking a highly organized Part-Time Home Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support daily operations from a private home office.
This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working independently and helping keep a growing business organized and running efficiently.
This position averages 10–12 hours per week and requires strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks. Compensation range is between $22 - $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Manage and organize administrative operations to ensure the office runs smoothly
- Oversee document organization, filing systems (digital and physical), and record management
- Maintain and update CRM records, including basic data entry
- Produce accurate and polished written communications, including emails and letters
- Assist with email marketing and maintain social media presence
- Prepare reports, conduct research, and provide general administrative tasks
- Answer & direct phone calls and manage general email correspondence
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Receive and process incoming mail and deliveries; manage outgoing mail
- Identify and implement improvements to office systems and processes
Qualifications:
- Mandatory 3–5 years of experience office management or executive assistant role
- Professional office experience in construction or real estate businesses is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive work style
Preferred Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM systems
- Email and calendar management
- Basic email marketing tools
- Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
- Must be comfortable learning new software and systems as needed
