Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support clients across home and school settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior-analytic programs and individualized treatment plans
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data
- Monitor client progress and communicate observations to supervising BCBA
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and team members
- Follow all HIPAA and agency policies
Requirements
- Current RBT credential (must be active in the BACB registry)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes/schools
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Availability for afternoon/evening sessions (2 PM – 7 PM weekdays)
- Commitment to professional growth and ongoing supervision
Preferred:
- Experience in home-based or school-based ABA therapy
- Familiarity with data collection platforms such as CentralReach or similar
