David Dean State Farm
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Eagle Creek area)
Role Type: Full-time, in-office
Compensation: Performance-based earnings with bonus potential (target range ~$40K–$60K+ for starters; top performers exceed this)
This isn’t your typical “insurance job.”
If you’re outgoing, competitive, and money-motivated, this is your chance to build a real career—not just clock in. As part of David Dean’s State Farm agency, you’ll work directly with clients to protect what matters most while earning uncapped rewards based on how well you perform.
Think of it as a sales career with purpose: you get paid to help people, solve problems, and grow your own book of business.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Earn more by doing more: Base plus performance bonuses tied directly to your results. The more you sell and serve, the more you make.
- Real growth path: Start in customer-facing roles, then move into sales-focused positions as you prove yourself.
- Brand power: You’re backed by the largest auto and home insurer in the U.S., with tools, training, and name recognition that open doors.
