Job Summary

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service while taking orders and serving ice cream and other treats
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food items according to safety standards, including swirling ice cream, topping selections, and handling food with proper sanitation practices
- Upsell additional items like toppings, specialty desserts, or combo offers to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, including cleaning equipment, sanitizing work surfaces, and managing waste or bussing tables as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change or totals
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and ensuring food safety standards are met throughout your shift
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to engage guests positively
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
