In this essential role, you'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining portable sanitation units and related equipment across assigned routes. This includes cleaning port-a-potties, handwash stations, and hand sanitizer units to ensure a clean and safe experience for all customers. This role starts at 5 am until the route is completed. If you have driving experience, can handle manual labor, and strong odors, we would like to talk to you.

Route Driver Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Travels to worksites to deliver or pick up units, transporting materials, equipment, and occasionally other staff
- Flushes, empties, and cleans units; performs other services required to maintain or repair units, tanks, and systems; cleans and disinfects areas affected by sewage
- Requests and/or orders necessary supplies and equipment
- Updates assigned maps and routes, providing feedback to the routing team
- Meets all safety standards by abiding by transportation laws, company policies, and maintaining a safe driving record
- Weekend and evening hours may be required
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Route Driver Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Thorough understanding of equipment, units, trucks, and repair.
- Ability to safely and effectively operate all tools and equipment.
- Ability to follow directions and procedures without constant or regular supervision.
- Ability to communicate with dispatch, customers, and leadership.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and 3yrs clean driving record.
- Must be 21 years old
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 75-100 pounds.
- Must be able to work in all types of weather.
- Must be able to stretch, pull, climb, and crawl as required to access units.
- Able to remain focused and alert while driving for extended periods of time.
- Able to handle strong odors.
