About Sentivo Vineyards & Winery
Sentivo Vineyards & Winery is a family-owned winery where every team member plays a role in the quality of our customer’s experience. We're looking for a versatile, dependable jack-of-all-trades to support winery production, facility operations, and events across our property.
About the Role
No two days look the same. One day you may be cleaning barrels and filling tanks in the cellar; the next you may be setting up the wine cave for a club member event or moving equipment around the property. If you like variety, working with your hands, and being the person everyone counts on, this is the job for you. No winery experience required — we'll train the right person.
What You'll Do
Winery Production & Cellar:
- Clean and sanitize barrels, tanks, hoses, and production equipment
- Assist with tank filling, racking, topping, and wine/fluid transfers
- Perform routine barrel checks and cellar monitoring
- Operate and move pumps, hoses, fittings, and other production equipment (forklift training provided)
- Assist with crush, pressing, and bottling during harvest and production
- Safely handle fluid movement, drainage, and release procedures
Property & Facility:
- General facility upkeep and light maintenance around the winery and grounds
- Move, organize, and store equipment, supplies, and inventory
- Keep production areas, walkways, and shared spaces clean and safe
- Assist with deliveries, loading/unloading, and warehouse organization
Driving & Transport:
- Operate company vehicles as needed for winery operations
- Transport supplies, equipment, and case goods between our Shingle Springs and Suisun Valley locations and other regional properties
- Assist with loading, securing, and unloading cargo safely
Events:
- Set up and break down tables, chairs, and equipment for tastings and events
- Prep the wine cave, tasting areas, and facility for private functions
- Support the hospitality team with event-day logistics and resets
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, self-motivated, strong work ethic, positive attitude
- Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly, stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in cellars, caves, and outdoor conditions
- Careful about safety and sanitation procedures
- Flexible availability, including some weekends and longer hours during harvest
- Team player willing to pitch in wherever needed
- Winery, cellar, farm, warehouse, maintenance, or landscaping experience a plus — not required
- Forklift experience a plus (or willingness to be trained/certified)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required (motor vehicle record check will be conducted); comfortable driving company vehicles between properties in the region
Physical Requirements
Lift/carry up to 50 lbs regularly; frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing; work in wet, cold, or warm environments.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
