The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator (Estimator) to control the hub of PSW’s Coordinator and Preparation Phases for our Premier Outdoor Living Spaces. This role is responsible for ensuring that every project entering production is properly organized, cost account for, scheduled appropriately, documented, and aligned before field execution begins. The position focuses on managing estimating, confirming project costs while establishing clear trade partner contract terms, ensures disciplined cost clarity and coordination readiness, and complies with all PSW policies, systems, procedures, and operational standards. The Project Coordinator also serves as critical support and a communication lane between our Sales, Design, and Project Management Teams.
Key Responsibilities
In addition to ensuring that every project entering production is properly organized and aligned to begin field execution, this position is also responsible for:
- Monitor company performance metrics and reporting to support operational health, forecasting, and goal achievement.
- Coordinate and prepare projects for production by ensuring all documentation, scheduling, and readiness requirements are complete.
- Develop accurate project estimates and job costing through LMN while protecting profitability and scope alignment.
- Manage trade partner agreements, pricing, scheduling, and accountability to ensure successful project execution.
- Support Sales and Design teams by aligning project scope, estimating, and production requirements.
- Coordinate project scheduling, trade partner timelines, and production readiness to support efficient operations.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between customers, trade partners, and internal teams.
- Support COO initiatives and enforce Client Fulfillment Process (CFP) standards through disciplined execution.
- Achieve and maintain established KPI performance standards and accountability expectations.
What We’re Looking For
The Ideal Candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented construction professional who thrives on creating structure, maintaining accountability, and coordinating the many moving parts required to prepare projects for successful execution. They are proactive, process-driven, and take pride in ensuring projects are accurately estimated, properly documented, effectively scheduled, and fully prepared before construction begins.
- 5–10+ years of experience estimating in landscape construction, hardscape construction, pool construction, design-build construction, project coordination, or related construction operations roles.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while managing schedules, documentation, trade partners, budgets, and deadlines.
- Strong estimating and job costing experience with the ability to accurately interpret plans, specifications, scopes of work, and construction drawings.
- Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners including contract administration, scope development, pricing, scheduling, and accountability management.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate pre-construction planning, project preparation, procurement, and production readiness activities.
- Strong understanding of landscape construction, hardscapes, outdoor structures, pools, drainage, grading, utilities, and residential construction practices.
- Experience working within project management, estimating, CRM, scheduling, and construction software platforms; LMN, Buildertrend, and Asana experience preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
