At Ready To Roll Garage Doors, we help homeowners protect what matters most. As one of the fastest-growing garage door companies in the Triangle, we're looking for a motivated team member who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.
This role starts with customer service and scheduling but offers opportunities to grow into operations, marketing, reporting, and leadership responsibilities as the company continues to expand.
What You'll Do: Customer Experience
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Schedule service appointments
- Respond to website leads and customer inquiries
- Follow up with homeowners regarding estimates and service requests
- Ensure every customer receives a professional, friendly experience
Operations Support
- Maintain customer records and CRM data
- Track lead follow-up activities
- Assist with reporting and business metrics
- Support vendor and team communications
- Help improve internal systems and processes
Marketing Support
- Organize project photos
- Assist with online review responses
- Support blog and content publishing
- Participate in local marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Customer service experience preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Five days per week
- One weekend day per week
- Hybrid schedule
- Minimum one work-from-home day each week
