Interactive Kids is growing our Early Learners team and looking for compassionate, energetic, and creative ABA Therapists and RBTs who love working with little ones.
Our Early Learners Program supports children approximately ages 1.5–5 years old through play-based ABA services focused on communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, independence, and early learning skills.
Some days look like:
- celebrating first words,
- building friendships through play,
- dancing through transitions,
- turning bubbles, blocks, and pretend play into learning opportunities,
- and helping families feel hopeful and supported.
If you enjoy movement, creativity, connection, and making a genuine impact during the most important developmental years — this might be your perfect fit.
As part of our Early Learners team, you’ll:
- Provide direct ABA services through individualized treatment plans
- Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills
- Use play-based and natural environment teaching strategies
- Support emotional regulation and positive behavior development
- Implement behavior intervention plans with support from your BCBA
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and other team members
- Collect data and track client progress
- Help create fun, engaging, and supportive learning environments
- Support clients across home, clinic, school, or community settings depending on needs
Working with younger children requires a different kind of energy.
We’re looking for people who:
- can be silly,
- stay patient,
- think creatively,
- celebrate tiny victories,
- and understand that connection comes before progress.
Our strongest staff are often the ones who can jump from singing songs… to managing behaviors… to cheering on a child for trying something new for the first time — all within the same session.
Experience is great, but personality, patience, and willingness to learn matter too.
We provide:
- ongoing training,
- mentorship,
- supervision,
- and support toward obtaining your RBT certification.
If you’re newer to the field and eager to learn, we’re happy to help you grow.
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Enjoy working with younger children
- Have a naturally playful, upbeat personality
- Stay calm and patient during challenging moments
- Are open to feedback and continued learning
- Communicate well with both children and adults
- Work well as part of a team
- Have reliable transportation and flexibility for local travel
- Want meaningful work where no two days feel exactly the same
Experience in ABA, education, childcare, preschool, psychology, special education, or related fields is a plus.
Teaching certifications and bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are also highly valued.
We genuinely support one another here. You’ll have access to mentorship, collaboration, and leadership that wants you to succeed.
We work hard to create stable schedules and consistent opportunities for staff whenever possible.
We believe strong clinical care starts with supported staff. Our goal is to provide meaningful services while also encouraging work-life balance and long-term growth.
Whether you’re brand new to ABA or continuing to build your career, there are opportunities to learn, grow, and expand your clinical skillset.
This team laughs a lot, celebrates progress often, and truly enjoys working together.
Eligible full-time staff receive:
- PTO, paid sick time, and paid holidays
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- $25,000 company-paid life insurance
- 401(k) with company contribution
- Tuition discounts through university partnerships
- Ongoing supervision and training opportunities
If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact while working alongside a supportive, energetic, and compassionate team — we’d love to connect with you.
