THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A HVAC RETAIL SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, schedules may vary based on seasonality, customer demand, and workload This position is entirely onsite, ensuring you are present to lead and support your teams each day.
Each day, you will lead and coach the HVAC sales team, driving them to reach and surpass sales targets. You will supervise both installation and service technicians, providing direction and support as they handle daily tasks. When complex service issues or customer concerns arise, you will step in to resolve escalations and complaints, ensuring a positive experience for every client. Your technical expertise will be key as you support troubleshooting advanced heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Throughout the day, you will also track and monitor technician KPIs, ensuring high performance across your teams. Your role will be central to the smooth operation and success of both sales and service functions at Airtron HeatingAir Conditioning of Austin.
OUR IDEAL HVAC RETAIL SERVICE SUPERVISOR

3+ years of HVAC industry experience

Experience leading or coaching teams

Ability to manage both installation and service technicians

Strong skills in handling escalations and complex service issues
