Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues
Ensure all equipment and machinery are in good working order and functioning properly
Respond to and resolve resident and staff concerns related to maintenance and facility upkeep
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional care to our residents
