What You'll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests.
- Welcome and assist customers who visit our office.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and maintain organized customer records.
- Process customer transactions and documentation accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Follow up with customers when needed to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
