We are currently hiring for an Entry-Level Sales Trainee position — a hands-on role designed to provide the skills and experience needed to grow into a leadership or management position within our company.
Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Sales Trainee, you’ll work directly with customers in a retail-based setting. You’ll learn how to represent client brands, engage customers, and develop strong communication and leadership skills. This position offers structured training, mentorship, and clear pathways for advancement based on performance and dedication.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-person to promote and explain products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to product inquiries
- Participate in structured training focused on sales, marketing, and leadership development
- Collaborate with your team to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Represent our clients with professionalism and integrity
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

- Commute/Relocation: Candidates must be able to commute to or relocate to Wilmington, DE 19801 before starting work
